Best in Class: Kayla Brasok
She is a second year student athlete in the Kinesiology program
Kayla Brasok will enter her second season of volleyball with the COTR Avalanche this fall. She is making the most out of her summer, working a great job, enjoying some social time and keeping her fitness up for the pending volleyball season.
Making the jump from high school to college can be big one for most student athletes with a heavier course load and intense athletic schedule but Brasok has found her grove. In just her second year she will take on a leadership role with club, mentoring some of the rookies that are in the same shoes she was in last year.
In the classroom she is a kinesiology student with her eyes focused on what’s to come once she graduates. Until then she is enjoying life as a student athlete and talks with Ryan Watters on the tools she uses to manage her time.
