PACWEST Volleyball Show - Reid Marriott
The sophomore leads the Royals into the post season
Reid Marriott of the Douglas Royals has been a major reason why they finished as the top seed and receive the first round bye into the PACWEST semi-final. He finished second overall in total kills with 319. He’s one of only three players to reach the 300 plateau in just his second season. He also chipped in with 37 service aces.
He and teammate Max Haronga have become a feared 1-2 punch across the PACWEST with a combined 623 kills. Marriott is just a sophomore while Haronga is a rookie. They will be leading the Royals for years to come.
Marriott spoke to Ryan Watters about the season and the upcoming PACWEST volleyball championships that open at COTR in Cranbrook on Thursday.
