Fifth year Courtney Ingram of the VIU Mariners prepares for her final collegiate competition

The VIU Mariners are PACWEST champions in 2025 and will represent the Conference at the CCAA national championship for the second consecutive season.   This year’s tournament will be hosted in Red Deer and the Mariners will open the bracket against the host team on Wednesday.

All season long they have been led by their leadership group including Courtney Ingram who added to their offensive output with four goals.  Now in her fifth and final season she prepares for her last collegiate competition and is ready to bring a national championship back to Nanaimo.

She talks with Ryan Watters about the season that was and what she expects this week at the CCAA nationals.
