The first place Mariners played an excellent road game shooting 39% from the field. The offence was led by Shayce Johnston in the paint as she was 10 of 14 and finished with a game high 22 points. Avery Snider came off the bench and added 15 and Danielle Vanbergen tallied 10.

The Falcons offence was led by Alexa Leynes and Renai Fejo who each collected 14 points. Stephanie Von Riedemann added nine in the set back.

Saturday afternoon at 1:00pm the Falcons (6-10) will again host the Mariners (14-1) in the back half of the doubleheader. WATCH HERE

Camosun Chargers 85
Okanagan Coyotes 69

The Chargers played an excellent road game shooting 46% from the field and had six different players score in double-digits. Tessa Lannon-Paakspuu had a game high 18 points and collected nine rebounds hitting five of six from the free throw line. Both Jasmine de Vries and Sierra Reisig each dropped in 12 and they had wonderful production from the bench with Chloe Scaber and Kathryn Candell each scoring 11.

Despite losing on Friday night the Coyotes also shot 46% from the field. Sapna Deo had a team high 16 points and added four assists. Team leading scorer Megan Admussen-Blair came off the bench and added 12 on five of nine shooting.

Saturday at 5:00pm the Coyotes (5-10) will host the Chargers (10-5) in the second half of the doubleheader. WATCH HERE
