The Huskies are the defending CCAA bronze medalists and are also playing in their fourth match this tournament. It was a thrilling match going the distance with the Falcons eking out a 15-12 victory pushing the Huskies to the bronze medal side of the bracket.
This morning the Huskies faced the defending champion Titans de Limoilou in a bronze medal semi-final and they swept them 25-17, 25-23 and 25-19 setting them up to meet the Mariners in the bronze medal match.
Despite both being in this very tournament last year, the Mariners and Huskies have never met.
