From PACWEST Soccer to the NLL

It's amazing how much life can change in three months, just ask Jordan Gilles, formally of the Langara Falcons men's soccer team.

Gilles came into this past season, preparing for his third year with the Falcons and opened the season on September 9th.  Less than a month later, Gilles was selected 52nd overall in the sixth round of the National Lacrosse League (NLL) entry draft by the Colorado Mammoth.  Two weeks later on October 19th, just hours after the Falcons upset the KPU Eagles, Gilles signed a two year agreement with the Mammoth to become a professional lacrosse player.

On January 1, Gilles played his first game in the NLL and scored in the Mammoth's season opener in their 16-15 win.  This past weekend he scored again in his first game back in his hometown of Vancouver.

It's been a world-wind tour for Gilles who talks with Ryan Watters about the last three months.
