At the half the Bearcats held a slim five point lead before the Blues outscored them 27-14 in the third quarter and never looked back.
The Blues shot 45% from the field and Brenden Bailey had a team high 20 points and CJ Campbell came off the bench with 19. Perhaps the best all-around game came from Nathan Bromige off the bench with 16 points and 11 rebounds
The Bearcats depended on their starters on Friday with their bench only contributing 11 points. Gabe Mannes was outstanding with a game high 27 points and seven rebounds. Ykealo Araia dropped in 22 on the strength of four-three pointers and Trent Baker finished with 17.
Saturday night the scene shifts to Abbotsford as the Blues (10-5) travel to face the Bearcats (0-14) at 7:00pm. WATCH HERE

Camosun Chargers 94
The Coyotes finally snapped their six game losing streak exploding in the fourth quarter outscoring the Chargers 34-12. They shot 51% during the game and Matthew Lafontaine caught fire from downtown connecting on seven-three pointers and finished with a game high 30 points. Davide Ciancio landed 22 points and Curtis Wilson finished with 18.
The Coyotes win eliminates the CBC Bearcats from the playoff picture.
On the other side of the floor the Chargers had four of their five starters finish with double-digits. Matthew Gray had with 23 points and Shaquille Maharaj knocked down 21.
Saturday night the Coyotes (5-10) will hope to sweep the weekend when they host the Chargers (6-9) at 7:00pm. There is only two points separating these two teams in the standings. WATCH HERE

Langara Falcons 74
The Mariners exploded out of the gate and outscored the Falcons 24-9 in the opening quarter and never looked back. Each starter finished in double-digits led by Jerod Dorby and his 25 points and incredible 24 rebounds. Both Harry Fayle and Landon Radliff added 17 points each while Tyus Barfoot scored 11 and grabbed 11 boards. As a team they shot 44% from the field.
With the victory they clinch the #1 seed heading into the PACWEST playoffs.
The Falcons tried to battle back but shot just 31% from the field. Moeiz Athaya finished with 24 points and Antonio Jhuty added 14.
Saturday afternoon the Mariners (14-1) will try to win their 13th straight when the Falcons (8-8) host them at 3:00pm. WATCH HERE
